欧博ABG平台服务协议与使用条款

1. 服务范围与适用对象 / Scope of Service and Eligible Users

本协议适用于所有使用欧博平台服务的用户，包括访问、浏览、体验与注册等行为。用户在使用平台前应确认自身具备合法使用资格。This Agreement applies to all individuals who access or use the OB platform, including browsing, trial access, and account registration. Users must ensure they meet the legal requirements for service eligibility.

2. 账户注册与使用规范 / Account Registration and Usage Rules

用户在注册账户时需提供真实、准确的信息，并妥善保管登录凭证。任何因账户保管不当导致的风险由用户自行承担。Users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. OB is not liable for losses caused by improper account management.

3. 平台使用行为要求 / Acceptable Use of the Platform

用户不得利用平台从事违法、侵权或破坏系统稳定性的行为。欧博有权对违规行为采取限制、冻结或终止服务等措施。Users may not engage in illegal, infringing, or system‑disruptive activities. OB reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations.

4. 服务变更与中断 / Service Modification and Interruption

为维护系统安全与服务质量，欧博可能对部分功能进行调整、升级或暂停。若涉及重大变更，将通过公告形式提前告知用户。To maintain system stability and service quality, OB may modify, upgrade, or temporarily suspend certain features. Significant changes will be communicated through official notices.

5. 用户责任与义务 / User Responsibilities and Obligations

用户应确保自身使用行为符合相关法律法规，并对其在平台上的操作承担全部责任。若因用户行为导致损失，欧博保留追究权利。Users must ensure their actions comply with applicable laws and are fully responsible for activities conducted on the platform. OB reserves the right to pursue liability for damages caused by user misconduct.

6. 知识产权声明 / Intellectual Property Statement

平台内容（包括文字、图像、结构与技术架构）均受知识产权保护，未经授权不得复制、传播或用于商业用途。All platform content—including text, images, structure, and technical frameworks—is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced or used commercially without authorization.

7. 第三方服务与外部链接 / Third‑Party Services and External Links

平台可能包含第三方服务入口，用户在使用相关服务时应遵守第三方条款。欧博不对第三方内容承担责任。The platform may include access to third‑party services. Users must comply with the respective third‑party terms. OB is not responsible for external content.

因不可抗力、网络故障或第三方原因导致的服务中断，欧博不承担由此产生的间接损失。OB is not liable for indirect losses caused by force majeure, network failures, or third‑party issues.

10. 协议更新机制 / Agreement Update Mechanism

欧博有权根据法律变化或服务调整更新本协议。更新后的条款自发布之日起生效，用户继续使用即视为接受。OB may update this Agreement to reflect legal or service changes. Updated terms take effect upon publication, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
